I find getting outside to do some activity during the winter months a lot more difficult. Not just because it’s so dark but because it’s so cold. However, with proper preparation and the right motivation, you can still enjoy an outdoor workout. Here’s how.Dress warmly - It’s important to stay warm when doing physical activity outside.
