Junior sportWe have regular contact with primary and secondary schools where we promote our programmes including iMove, and deliver the Active Schools Programme.
Push Play

We promote the push play message, designed to get people physically active. The campaign is based on medical proof that everyone can benefit from even small amounts of physical activity. We run push play classes which are low impact and lite-paced. We also have green prescription classes which include a discussion on health topics such as diabetes, cardiac care or nutrition followed by an opportunity to do some physical activity.
