This site has an excellent range of resources, tips and downloads to help with running a club. Take note that some of the legal requirements mentioned in documents will be relevant to Australia and may differ in New Zealand.
Incorporated Societies website
If you're thinking about becoming an incorporated society this is the website with all the information you need to know. Alternatively, if you are already incorporated and want to know what the requirements are for your group, change your details or rules, or file your financial statements this it the website you need to visit.
