WHAT IS 'CYCLING UNCOVERED'

Cycling Uncovered was an 8 week programme designed for people who would like to tackle their first cycling event. The programme covered all the basics of how to train and work towards the completion of a cycle event.

Cycling uncovered was set up to help build cycling confidence, knowledge and fitness for those new to cycling or those who love to cycle but need an extra hand with training.

This course included 8 weekly training sessions, a membership to the Bike Manawatu Cycle Club (ending Dec 2012), the opportunity to learn from the finest cycling coaches in our community, a RideStrong cycle shirt and an entry into the Tour de Manawatu 45km 2012.

The Cycling Uncovered Training Team can be contacted here
