Push Play Classes
Push Play is a nationwide SPARC campaign to get more New Zealanders more active, more often.
What is Push Play all about?

Push Play is based on a medical fact that everyone can benefit from physical activity, even in small amounts. All it takes is 30 minutes a day if you're an adult, or 60 minutes a day if you're between 5 and 18 years.
Why should you Push Play?
Being involved with regular moderate physical activity will:
- make you feel great
- give you energy
- help control weight
- build and maintain healthy bones, muscles and joints
- help control asthma
- reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke
- reduce the risk of high blood pressure and colon cancer
- reduce feelings of depression/anxiety.
