Feedback from 2011 participants...
Khrista began the BNZ WPC not doing any physical exercise at all. The challenge has been the start of Khrista getting fit and healthy.
From the very beginning of the competition Khrista was motivated and even brought herself a cross trainer to use at home.
Throughout the challenghe Khrista got right on board and went walking morning and night and each lunchtime she participated in either, swimming, step classes, pump classes or a game of squash.
She even had a go at the local boxing gym which she loved! Khrista has had so much fun she has now joined the local squash club and the local gym. And from this challenge she has become fitter and healthier. “
