Fiona Donald, Feilding based fitness instruction, golf coach and mum will be speaking at an event hosted by Sport Manawatū.

Fiona has been in the health and fitness industry for more than 10 years and is passionate about helping people become healthy, strong, and thriving. Her overall philosophy is to promote a healthy yet enjoyable approach to fitness and nutrition.

Fiona is a personal trainer, nutrition coach, Les Mills instructor and Level 1 TPI (Golf) Certified coach. On top of Fiona’s busy work-life, she is also a mum of two.

Fiona’s sport of choice these days is triathlon. “I love the challenge and the sense of achievement when you cross the finish line,” says Fiona.

The Changing Room is a Sport Manawatū initiative aimed to showcase local wāhine and their story of being a woman in the active recreation and sporting area.

The event will be held at The Strong Room, Feilding, from 6-7:30pm on Wednesday 13 April.

This event is free to attend, however you must register via the Sport Manawatū website.
