This summer, we’re celebrating the real stories behind movement across our region. From early-morning walkers and weekend sport lovers to people who simply feel better after getting outside, we want to hear what moves you.
Your reason might be heartfelt, funny, unexpected, or deeply personal. Whatever it is, it matters because your story has the power to inspire someone else to get moving too.
Share your reason and you’ll go in the draw to win our Move Your Way prize pack worth $250. We’ll also feature selected stories across our channels over summer and throughout 2026, helping us understand what motivates our communities and ensuring decisions are guided by your voice.
You can enter with a photo, a short video (under 30 seconds), or a paragraph or two.
